Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to phdream7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and phdream7 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the phdream7 website and mobile platform at phdream7.best.

By completing the phdream7 registration process, by logging into an existing account, or by placing any bet or participating in any game available on phdream7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register, log in, or use phdream7 in any way.

phdream7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of phdream7 after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use phdream7, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, unless expressly permitted otherwise under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any applicable gambling restriction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of phdream7 or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an active phdream7 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phdream7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. phdream7 is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your phdream7 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify phdream7's customer support immediately. All activity conducted through your account prior to such notification shall be your responsibility.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on phdream7 — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated and settled in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). phdream7 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Accepted Payment Methods

phdream7 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The availability of specific methods may vary at any time based on technical or regulatory factors.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit on phdream7 is ₱100.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• phdream7 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time.
• Deposits that cannot be verified or that are associated with fraudulent activity will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a specific exception is approved by phdream7 support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank.
• phdream7 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Providing false identity documents will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Winnings arising from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on phdream7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market or game.

Bet Placement

• Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in your phdream7 account wallet at the time of placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the phdream7 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless specifically permitted by the rules of that market.
• The odds or prices applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment of bet placement. Odds displayed prior to confirmation may change.
• phdream7 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and game type. Current limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page at the time of betting. phdream7 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds were set in error due to a technical fault or human error that resulted in a clearly incorrect price; the event result cannot be determined from the official governing body within a reasonable timeframe; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

When a bet is voided, your stake is returned to your phdream7 wallet in full.

Casino and RNG Games

All digital casino games on phdream7 — including bingo, roulette, and number games — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces statistically independent results for each round. The RNG is audited periodically by an independent testing body. Results cannot be influenced by the player, phdream7 staff, or any third party.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Refer a Friend

phdream7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only available to players who hold one active, verified phdream7 account.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet through the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• phdream7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Evidence of collusion, abuse, or manipulation to meet wagering requirements — including placing opposing bets across accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

Refer a Friend Programme

The phdream7 Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn rewards by inviting new players to register. Referral rewards are credited only when the referred player completes registration, verifies their account, and makes a qualifying deposit. Both the referrer and referee must comply with all phdream7 terms at the time of qualification. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals and referrals of fictitious accounts — will be disqualified and may result in account suspension for both parties involved.

Responsible Gaming

phdream7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of Filipino players on our platform. We provide a range of tools that allow you to manage your gambling activity, and we encourage all players to use them proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your phdream7 account to control how much you fund your wallet over a given period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time window.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using phdream7. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering while under 18 years of age or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Operating or attempting to operate multiple phdream7 accounts.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.

• Exploiting technical errors, system bugs, or clearly incorrect odds for financial gain.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phdream7 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publish, or commercially exploit any content from phdream7 without prior written permission.

The phdream7 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of phdream7. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdream7 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages — including lost profits, lost data, loss of opportunity, or any harm resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

phdream7's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your phdream7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdream7 makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and integrity, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. phdream7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

Privacy and Data Protection

phdream7 collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on phdream7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdream7 collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your phdream7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining eligible balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method upon request.

phdream7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or source of funds documentation when requested.
• A court order or direction from a regulatory authority requiring account suspension.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being operated on behalf of an ineligible person, including a minor.

Upon termination, phdream7 is not obligated to return funds associated with accounts terminated for violations of these Terms. phdream7's determination of any such violations shall be final.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of phdream7 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through phdream7's internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent court of jurisdiction.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any phdream7 service, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our team will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. If your complaint relates to a specific bet or game result, please include the relevant bet reference number, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue.

phdream7's decisions on bet outcomes and game results are final where the decision has been made in good faith and in accordance with the applicable rules for that market or game.

Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.

phdream7's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver shall only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorised phdream7 representative.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phdream7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
